糯米粉: 100g, 黄豆粉: 适量, 红豆沙: 适量
步骤
1糯米粉+水捏成面团

2水要一点一点加(70g左右),糯米粉面团要捏得稍微干一点,蒸好才会很Q

3把捏好的面团轻轻压平,隔水蒸15-20分钟

4等下要用到擀面杖,但家里没有啊! 可是不就是根棍子么!似乎用保鲜膜也可以!

5然后砧板上先铺一层保鲜膜,再铺上黄豆粉
