糯米粉: 1000克, 米粉: 500克, 豆沙: 适量, 馅料:香菇,肉沫,莴笋: 适量, 清明菜: 500克
步骤
1采摘新鲜的清明菜嫩芽,洗干净

2烧开水,放入适量碱,再把清明菜放入开水中煮,不要盖盖子,煮至叶子能用手指捏碎即可,捞出锅过一下冷水

3把捞出的清明菜沥干水,然后用刀切碎,也可以用料理机直接把清明菜打碎,那样更省时省力

4把切好的清明菜跟糯米粉和米粉一起和好
