18揉好的麵糰
19分成若干等分,用擀麵杖擀成小圓餅,繼續發酵10分鐘左右
20平底鍋刷一層油,發酵好的小餅入鍋烙

21一面一面的烙,每一面差不多10分鐘左右,我的餅不是很大,所以熟的還快滴

22全部餅烙好後,蓋上鍋蓋燜上2-3分鐘
