7放入澱粉,晃動盤子,使其裹勻

8平底鍋燒熱,倒入油,將南瓜一個一個放入,炸至金黃。(成熟好的南瓜,很容易就炸好,一分鐘左右)

9撈出,控油,放廚紙上吸油。(一個一個擺開,不然兩個很容易粘連哦!)

10平底鍋留少許底油,放入蛋黃,煸炒
