豬肉裡脊: 500g, 蚝油: 20g, 生抽: 20g, 料酒: 5g, 黑胡椒: 適量, 紅曲粉: 一小勺, 糖粉: 60g, 蜂蜜: 適量, 芝麻: 適量
步驟
1準備500g豬肉裡脊,洗凈用廚房用紙擦乾水份

2豬肉裡脊從塊切片切條切丁再剁成泥

3加入配料表中的蚝油、生抽、料酒、糖粉、紅曲粉、黑胡椒

4用筷子攪拌均勻,多攪拌一會兒,讓肉上勁

5將肉泥放在烘焙紙上,上面也蓋一張烘焙紙,用擀麵杖擀平,放在烤盤上

6刷一層蜂蜜,再在上面撒上芝麻

7烤箱180度預熱,放入烤盤烤15分鐘

815分鐘後取出,倒掉滲出來的滷汁,取另外一張烘焙紙,翻面放在烤盤上,刷上一層蜂蜜,撒上芝麻,再放烤箱烘烤15-20分鐘
