3把魚洗凈後切片(或者買魚的時候讓老闆現場把活魚片成魚片,免費的),調料包里有腌制的粉包,取出後把魚腌制一下,再加點料酒,我買的魚比較大,就多倒點料酒

4加入少許鹽、味精、胡椒粉(可祛除魚腥味)腌制15分鐘左右

5鍋中倒油,把調料包里的酸菜炒一會兒2、3分鐘左右

6鍋中倒入開水,煮開

7把腌好的帶魚骨頭的挑出來,先入鍋煮熟

8煮沸騰後撈出所有的東西(除了湯不用撈出來)

9鍋留湯,煮沸

10煮沸後把腌好的魚片倒入鍋里,煮一會兒,大約3分鐘(魚片厚的話就要煮稍微久點)

11魚片沸騰後出鍋

12油倒多點,把蒜泥入鍋炸(薑末可放可不放,不影響口感)
