原料
雞蛋: 3個, 麵粉: 適量(根據人數定), 生菜: 5棵, 油: 適量, 溫水: 適量, 鹽: 少許, 醬汁: 自配, 腸: 3根, 因為配料都是根據製作餅的個數而定的,我也沒有具體稱過,只是憑感覺?:
步驟
1取適量麵粉,加入少許鹽(我喜歡在麵粉里放鹽),用溫水和面,面最好提前和出來,醒一會兒,揉成光滑的麵糰!

2分成比雞蛋大點的麵糰,我沒有稱,分的大小不一,比較懶?!

3幹成長條狀,刷好油!

4捲成卷,把所有邊都捏好,油不要刷太多,要不會外流!

6幹成薄餅!

7將腸切成4份,用餅鐺煎一下,備用!

8把餅放進煎過腸的餅鐺中,餅鐺里的油不會浪費!把雞蛋調開一個口,倒進去,把餅烙好!
