香菇: 10朵, 豬肉餡: 150克, 雞蛋: 1隻, 澱粉: 適量, 蔥: 一根, 鹽: 適量, 白糖: 少許, 海鮮醬油: 適量, 花椒粉: 少許
步驟
1香菇洗凈,瀝干水分,將杆去掉。

2將香茹杆切成細丁。
