馬蹄粉: 500g, 椰漿: 一瓶(400g), 金黃片糖: 500g, 清水: 1200L
步驟
1將650ml清水倒入鍋里,再加入500g黃金片糖,加熱,煲成糖水,待用

2將500g馬蹄粉分別倒在兩個器皿里,一個350g,一個150g

3將440L清水與350g馬蹄粉對開,200ml清水與150g馬蹄粉對開,分別攪均勻成馬蹄粉漿液

4將400g椰醬加入在150g馬蹄粉的漿液里,攪均勻,最後再加200ml糖水對開,再攪均勻

5將650ml糖水加入在350g馬蹄粉漿液里,攪均勻

6隔水蒸,笫一層和最後一層是馬蹄粉漿液,倒入盤裡時,最好用篩網過濾,每層蒸4~5分鐘即可
