豆漿: 適量, 黃油: 80g, 低筋麵粉: 170g, 紅糖: 50g, 細砂糖: 35g, 可可粉: 5g, 蛋黃: 一個, 黑巧克力: 適量
步驟
1將黃豆提前6~8小時浸泡

2準備好九陽豆漿機

3將黃豆清洗乾淨放入豆漿機內,加入適量水,選擇乾濕豆功能進行製作

4黃油室溫軟化,加入細砂糖和紅糖攪拌均勻

6篩入低筋麵粉和可可粉拌勻

7將麵糰分為80g為一份,壓入模具內,送入預熱好的烤箱,180度烤25分鐘左右即可

8將黑巧克力隔熱水融化
