原料
五花肉: 200克, 麵條: 100克, 大蒜: 3粒, 香菜: 3支, 雞蛋: 1個, 白鬍椒粉: 1.5茶匙, 糖: 0.5大匙, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1將五花肉洗凈,瀝干水分,切末;香菜取莖洗凈,切末;大蒜去皮,洗凈切末;雞蛋打散攪拌成蛋液

2將作法1混合拌勻,加入調味料及蛋液攪拌勻至有粘性

4鍋中加入水燒沸,加入適量鹽,將麵條放入鍋中略煮
