14熬蔥油的鍋子留有利用下,煎下培根

15調汁:生抽適量、蔥油適量、蔥花適量,如果你覺得不夠咸,可以放少許鹽,拌勻即可

小技巧
1、蔥油熬的時候可以放蒜瓣一起熬,我有時候偷懶不放 2、熬蔥油我覺得沒那麼一定哈,喜歡你就多熬會兒,別讓蔥徹底糊掉就好。。 3、這次澆汁用的是簡單的蔥油+少許生抽。。。味道實在太贊了 4、麵條不要煮的太爛,有條件的用冰水過,不行的話,涼白開也一樣哈
