7熟了以後只取南瓜入料理機打泥,我用的寶寶的輔食機

9麵粉適量

10酵母和糖適量,大概一斤麵粉,5克酵母的比例,一勺糖,可以根據自己的喜好加糖

11接下來就是揉面啦,麵粉和南瓜泥放在一起攪拌吧

14等到麵糰發酵到原來的兩倍甚至三倍

17麵糰擀成麵皮,錯落有致疊在一起,然後從一邊開始捲起來,卷好的麵糰再從中間用刀切開,分成了兩朵玫瑰花,整理一下花苞就可以了哦

19蒸籠架刷油,冷水入鍋,有距離的放上做好的饅頭,開火

25南瓜造型有一點比較麻煩,就是需要線,每個饅頭需要4根線,線放入油浸一下,擺成米字型,揉好的圓形麵糰放在線上,線頭系起來,上頭留一點空隙,不要系太緊,不然饅頭蒸熟膨脹太緊了會嘞進饅頭裡
