糖粉: 20g, 低筋麵粉: 150g, 牛奶: 500ml, 雞蛋: 5個, 黃油: 40g, 淡奶油: 300ml, 糖粉: 20g
步驟
1先把黃油40g,隔水融化。放涼備用。

2準備好食材,開始做千層蛋糕啦

3把20g糖粉稱出來,分次加入部分牛奶里攪拌,使糖粉融解

4150g奶粉倒入。但是要過篩倒入。然後順時針攪勻。

5將剩餘牛奶?依次倒入,混勻

6加5個雞蛋進去,攪勻

7加入黃油40g,混勻。然後過篩,放置一小時

8開始淡奶油內餡這一塊了,喜歡膩一點的放400ml也可以的,我不怎麼喜歡膩,放300ml剛剛好的口感

9往淡奶油里加20g白糖,用電動打蛋器打發

10把內餡用的芒果切丁準備好

11餅皮做好後,取出60毫升左右的倒在平底鍋上,先刷油,後倒液。開小火,15秒後,餅皮冒泡即可,無需翻面。這樣子做下來做15層左右。然後等餅皮冷卻,一層鋪奶油,一層鋪水果,再鋪餅皮,直至用完餅皮為止

12做好後,冰箱冷藏2小時。即可食用
