黃豆 奶油奶酪 綿白糖 吉利丁粉:
步驟
1黃豆一小杯淘洗乾淨加水適量倒入豆漿機(可以加一點核桃仁、花生仁等自己喜歡的乾果仁),打成豆漿備用;

2奶油奶酪200g切成塊加入綿白糖50g隔加著熱的熱水手動攪拌成順滑的奶酪糊;

3將200ml豆漿(可以留下少量豆渣,口感差一點,但更健康哦!)倒入奶油奶酪糊攪拌均勻

4吉利丁粉15g左右(喜歡韌性Q彈口感的可增加2g,喜歡柔嫩潤滑口感的可減少2g)用加水調開,充分攪拌成吉利丁液後倒入豆漿奶酪糊;

5調好的慕斯液倒入墊好錫紙(防漏)的活底模具中,震一震,晾涼,封上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏過夜;
