原料
梭子蟹, 年糕片, 青紅椒, 大蔥, 姜, 蒜, 辣椒醬, 香蔥, 白糖, 鹽, 胡椒粉, 白酒, 澱粉
步驟
1將梭子蟹收拾乾淨,去掉蟹蓋、蟹腮、等多餘的東西,剁成塊,蟹鉗要用刀略拍幾下為好

2切好的螃蟹塊用白酒、鹽、胡椒粉、腌漬拍上澱粉

4鍋做熱放油
