雞胸肉 1塊, 小核荔枝 10顆, 姜 半塊, 大蔥 1根, 蒜 5瓣, 腰果 1包, 豆瓣, 生抽 醋 料酒, 糖 雞精 澱粉, 花椒

1姜切末,荔枝去殼去核,蔥切短截。雞丁用鹽,澱粉,料酒,油,水拌勻
