原料
雞脯肉: 150克, 油炸花生米: 1小把, 蔥: 10克, 姜: 5克, 蒜: 10克, 干辣椒: 適量, 花椒: 適量, 醋: 2茶匙, 糖: 2茶匙, 老抽: 1茶匙, 澱粉: 1/2茶匙, 料酒: 1茶匙, 鹽: 1/4茶匙, 水: 1湯匙
步驟
1雞脯肉先拍後斬切成丁,加入料酒1茶匙和少許鹽,抓上勁後放入澱粉抓勻,腌制10分鐘
