糖粉: 20g, 低筋面粉: 150g, 牛奶: 500ml, 鸡蛋: 5个, 黄油: 40g, 淡奶油: 300ml, 糖粉: 20g
步骤
1先把黄油40g,隔水融化。放凉备用。

2准备好食材,开始做千层蛋糕啦

3把20g糖粉称出来,分次加入部分牛奶里搅拌,使糖粉融解

4150g奶粉倒入。但是要过筛倒入。然后顺时针搅匀。

5将剩余牛奶?依次倒入,混匀

6加5个鸡蛋进去,搅匀

7加入黄油40g,混匀。然后过筛,放置一小时

8开始淡奶油内馅这一块了,喜欢腻一点的放400ml也可以的,我不怎么喜欢腻,放300ml刚刚好的口感

9往淡奶油里加20g白糖,用电动打蛋器打发

10把内馅用的芒果切丁准备好

11饼皮做好后,取出60毫升左右的倒在平底锅上,先刷油,后倒液。开小火,15秒后,饼皮冒泡即可,无需翻面。这样子做下来做15层左右。然后等饼皮冷却,一层铺奶油,一层铺水果,再铺饼皮,直至用完饼皮为止

12做好后,冰箱冷藏2小时。即可食用
