红枣: 180g, 牛奶: 150g, 鸡蛋: 6个, 面粉: 150g, 泡打粉: 5g, 红糖: 100g, 色拉油(橄榄油): 70g
步骤
1大枣去核(我用的不是新鲜买的枣,所以用水泡了一下再用)

2切成小块,方便搅拌

15静置,振荡出大气泡(双手端住蛋糕盆,抬至15厘米空中,放手,重复三四次即可)

16烤箱预热,中层上下火,150度,45分钟

喜欢吃甜的朋友可以把红糖的量加到150g 每家的烤箱脾气不同,自己掌握哦! *我这次的枣泥弄的不是很碎,还能看到大块的枣,朋友们可以仔细一点做哦!
