步骤
1鲤鱼收拾干净后抽掉两面的腥筋,然后用刀倾斜45度角给鱼均匀的划斜开片

2加盐一勺,在鱼身上下里外都用手将盐抹匀

6锅内放入足够多的油,七成热的时候,将鱼弯成弧形放入,小火炸。炸时可以用两只锅铲按住鲤鱼定型
