五花肉400克(或后腿肉),黄瓜1根,葱2-3段,姜2-3片,花椒7-8粒,黄酒20ml,大蒜4-5瓣,肉汤1大勺,盐2克,酱油10ml,红糖5克,复制红油15ml,香油少许,
步骤
1五花肉用清水浸泡2小时泡出血水后沥干备用

2锅内做水,水热后(大约70度左右)下入五花肉(如有血沫析出需撇净)

3水开后下入调料和黄酒转中小火煮制约30-40分钟,煮好后捞出晾凉放入冰箱冷藏1小时以上备用

4大蒜捣成(或用压蒜器)蒜泥,加入肉汤和盐拌匀
