奶油奶酪 250克, 鸡蛋 一个, 白砂糖 40克, 配料 随意, 香草豆荚 1根, 饼干 随意
步骤
1香草豆荚从中间抛开,用牙签取出香草籽

2奶油奶酪软化后,放入大碗内,放入取好的香草籽,再放入白砂糖

3用打蛋器把白砂糖和乳酪搅拌

4再放入一枚鸡蛋,把奶酪打至顺滑成乳酪糊。这时候基础的乳酪糊就做好了,下面可以随意搭配了

5模具中放入纸模

6每一个纸膜内放入一块饼干,我手边只有趣多多饼干,掰碎随便放的。也可以用奥利奥或者消化饼干代替

7把调好的乳酪糊用勺子均匀的分装在每个纸模内,约2/3满即可

8下面可以随意搭配味道了,我分别用了李子酱、巧克力酱和焦糖酱

9挤在表面装饰的酱也可以用牙签搅拌一下

10基础乳酪糊调好,上面的不同口味自己随意搭配

11我最后顺手还撒上了点瓜子仁和松子。还在果酱的里面塞了无花果干

12烤箱预热170度,中层,约15分钟左右即可。烤好后,不要着急取出,稍微冷却后再取出
