8關火放幾根蔥!撈出扔掉,由於油溫過高,稍微冷後再下一步!

9倒入蟹肉蟹黃,中火……加少許水,調節調味!

蟹肉油可以拌飯,麵條,餛飩等!非常美味,提鮮!螃蟹太多吃不掉又不利於保存,就做蟹肉油!比較奢侈的吃法,但不能辜負螃蟹的鮮美!
