高筋麵粉: 250克, 肉鬆: 80克, 黃油: 20克, 雞蛋液: 40克(和面), 牛奶: 110克, 酵母: 2克, 白砂糖: 20克, 鹽: 2克, 芝士碎: 80克, 奶粉: 10克, 雞蛋液: 20克(最後刷麵包表面), 白芝麻: 適量
步驟
1除黃油,肉鬆,芝士外,把所以東西放進麵包機揉面到擴展然後放黃油繼續揉,醒發
