1麵條,我是南方人不會做麵條,於是買了現成的,這個麵條是我買過的,口感算是不錯的麵條之一,不容易糊,而且口感爽滑,比較符合南方人的口感

3開水鍋煮麵條

4在煮麵的同時,把切薄片的黃瓜放在碗底

5在碗里放醋,刺身醬油,紹興黃酒

6面出鍋後先過一過冷開水,口感會很爽滑,然後把面蓋在黃瓜上

7在面上鋪上黃瓜絲,胡蘿蔔絲,蒜末,辣椒麵

8另起油鍋,放入花椒加熱,等熬出香味
