6鍋入涼水,開後將麵條放里煮至無硬心,過涼水備用

8豆芽和油菜焯水後取出備用

小技巧
麵條過冷水時一定要過透,防止麵條撈出後粘連成坨。麵條青菜可以隨意搭配。
