1取適量麵粉,放入少許鹽,用冷水和面

2揉成光滑的麵糰後蓋上保鮮膜餳20—30分鐘左右

3將餳好的麵糰揉勻,用擀麵杖擀製成厚度略薄的麵餅。(厚度以能進入壓面機為準)

4用壓面機反覆壓制3—4次,壓成薄厚均勻的長方形麵皮

5將麵皮摺疊起來,用刀切成寬度約1.5—2厘米的麵條
