1.最好用油菜,我是拿苦菊清火的,嘿嘿 2.我用的是黃飛紅花生,就是一小袋子裝的,甜辣味的,不然的話最好在調料里加點糖 3.煮麵條的時候加點食鹽和油,不粘還勁道 4.有一點要燒熱,火速潑面,辣椒和花椒的香味出來才爽
