7切块后馒头裹上鸡蛋装盘放好

8平底锅热锅加入花生油烧热放入香葱和蒜头炸出香味

9放入裹好鸡蛋液的馒头块,煎至一面金黄再翻动另外一面,最好用小火,好有足够时间翻动

10两面都煎好的馒头,放入少量食盐和白砂糖,最后放入备用肉松,用筷子翻动几下即可
