2鲫鱼去鳞、去腮、去内脏,洗净备用;

4鹌鹑蛋煮好后剥壳,放冷水中浸一下;

5在鲫鱼肚中塞入一片姜、几颗鹌鹑蛋、香菇粒后,给鱼身抹盐,倒入适量料酒、酱油,腌制10分钟;

6炒锅中热油,下葱姜蒜煸香;

7接着下豆腐块略煎;

9接着在豆腐上放上腌好的鲫鱼;
