面粉: 250g, 热水: 100g, 凉水: 60g, 肉馅: 150g, 萝卜: 400g, 葱: 1根, 姜片: 4片, 精盐: 1盐勺+2盐勺, 鸡精: 2盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 生抽: 3匙, 香油: 4滴, 植物油: 适量
步骤
1准备材料~

2面粉倒入盆中,一点点加入热水、在加入凉水,和成面团,盖保鲜膜醒面20分钟~

3葱姜洗净切末装盘备用~

4肉馅倒入盆中,放入葱姜末,加入精盐鸡精,十三香,生抽,香油,植物油,朝一个方向顺时针搅拌均匀腌制20分钟以上~

5将萝卜去皮洗净用擦丝器擦好丝装盆~ 倒入1盐勺精盐(去辣气出水)~ 用手揉搓捏萝卜丝~ 一会就揉出萝卜水了~

6将揉出的萝卜水倒掉,清洗萝卜丝倒入清水泡至10分钟~

7用手攥紧萝卜丝,挤净萝卜水放案板上,剁切成小碎末,将切好的萝卜碎末倒进肉馅盆中~

8搅拌均匀备用~

9将醒面揉好,揉成长条状,再切成均匀的8等份(也可多份随意),擀成饼皮~

10将馅料放在饼皮上~

11像包包子一样包好(褶子尽量少些)~

12包好收口朝下放案板上,轻轻按平,擀成饼~

14电饼铛内刷适量油,收口朝下放入馅饼(用锅烙的,全程都要小火)~
