自发粉: 3斤, 白糖: 80g, 温水: 916g
步骤
1把所有材料放入盆中,温水慢慢加入!

2揉面大概20分钟后放入盆内!保鲜膜盖上,可以再盖点重的东西上面!

3晚上十点保鲜膜盖上的,第二天早上七点就发酵到这么多!

4早上揉面大概20分钟,揉到很筋斗的感觉!

5再搓成长条形状,再切成块状!就是面皮了!

6在中间加入肉馅就可以了,包子包好后要醒个10分钟会变大,再入锅!
