2去筋,切段,洗净,滤干

3用牙签在牛肉上戳洞,以保证酱料入味

4放入葱,姜,蒜,料酒,老抽,生抽,黄豆酱,用手抹匀,腌制两个小时

5锅中放入冷水,把腌制的牛肉包括酱料倒入锅中,再加入葱段,大料粉,五香粉,冰糖,煮沸、去沫

6捞出牛肉放入电饭锅中,加入部分汤,不建议太多,炖煮60分钟

7汤和肉分开起锅,晾凉切片即可

8顺带把部分酱牛肉,放入烤箱180度烘烤,正面15分钟,反面20分钟
