5煮至豬皮用筷子能輕輕的扎透

6撈出放盆中晾涼

7颳去豬皮背面多餘的肥肉,然後切塊
8鍋內重新放水,加一點點老抽(只加一點點就可以,我這個一不小心加多了,做好的肉皮凍顏色太深了)

9加一個燉肉包
