原料
麵條 500克, 豆角 500克, 豬肉 250克(也可用五花肉), 花椒, 干紅椒, 適量蔥絲, 薑末, 蒜片, 鹽, 老抽, 五香粉, 料酒, 蚝油, 八角 二枚
步驟
1炒鍋中放稍微比平時炒菜多些油,油熱後爆香花椒和干紅椒,變色後瀝出只要油

2繼續爆香蔥絲、薑末和蒜片

3放入肉絲,倒入適量料酒、五香粉和少許老抽炒至變色

5水沸後關火,倒入蒸過的麵條
