牛肉: 400~500克, 莴笋: 半根, 豆芽: 适量, 蒜末: 适量, 姜: 几片, 小葱: 适量, 辣椒面: 适量, 酱油: 适量, 白糖: 2汤勺, 料酒: 适量, 味精: 适量, 花椒粉: 适量, 盐: 适量, 小苏打: 少许, 郫县豆瓣酱: 1大汤勺, 八角: 2粒, 淀粉: 适量, 蛋液: 适量
步骤
1牛肉切柳叶片(切之前牛肉如果有水要擦干)

2小碗内加1勺酱油、1勺料酒、少许盐、味精、一小撮小苏打~

14再加入水,2勺白糖、酱油、适量盐煮开,(水不要过多,看盛水煮牛肉的碗有多大)

15开锅后倒入莴笋和豆芽~

18再次烧开后用勺子或铲子将牛肉一点一点放入锅中
