小技巧
关于豆皮与油豆腐:对于福袋的材料,其实油豆腐绝对是首选,一方面蒸煮不会让油豆腐变色,另一方面肉馅的汁可以更好的被福袋吸收。豆皮豆香味更浓,但蒸煮过后的豆皮颜色会变深,切记不可蒸太久。 收口:包子收口的手艺很重要,感觉一到需要收口的步骤,真的都离不开它。绑收口的韭菜要选择嫩一点,不要太老的,不然很容易就折断了。
