4水开后撇去浮沫

5煮至猪皮用筷子能轻轻的扎透

6捞出放盆中晾凉

7刮去猪皮背面多余的肥肉,然后切块
8锅内重新放水,加一点点老抽(只加一点点就可以,我这个一不小心加多了,做好的肉皮冻颜色太深了)

9加一个炖肉包

10加适量盐

12炖至锅内的汤汁变得浓稠,关火

13将炖好的猪皮连汤倒入保鲜盒中,晾凉以后放冰箱冷藏至凝固
