糯米粉: 适量, 黑芝麻: 适量, 花生: 适量, 白糖: 适量, 新鲜艾草: 适量, 枧水: 少许, 食用油: 少许
步骤
1准备好馅料:花生、芝麻分别炒熟,花生冷却后去皮,花生、芝麻分别用料理机打成粉,加入白砂糖拌匀,具体参照我菜谱:客家糍粑(糯米糍)

2摘回来的艾草洗干净

3客家人喜欢用香蕉叶作垫子,而我先生这边喜欢用这种带香味的香叶,上图尖长那种。没有的话随各人喜欢用其他代替也可以。香叶清洗干净备用

4锅内烧开水,倒入少许枧水(增加香味,保持绿色),没有也可不放

6艾草转入料理机,放人白糖,少许煮艾草的水(称热),将其搅成泥(汁)

7准备糯米粉

8糯米粉中倒入艾泥,此时艾泥是热的,搓粉更好

9倒艾泥时边倒边用筷子搅拌
