步骤
1鸡蛋加糖盐搅打均匀,倒入牛奶,奶油,黄油,柠檬汁搅拌均匀,筛入低粉搅拌均匀

2过筛3-4遍成细腻糊状

3震掉气泡搅均匀舀一大汤勺,平底锅小火加热,倒入面糊,像摊薄煎饼一样迅速转动平底锅使饼皮成厚薄适中,待饼皮如图鼓起泡泡时即可

4把平底锅放在湿布上降温,饼皮四周会马上松弛翘起来,揭掉饼皮放在烤纸上,一张完成,继续第二张,我共摊了14张,要错位放置所有饼皮以免粘连
