凉粉: 500g, 葱、姜末: 少许, 蒜蓉: 30克, 蒜蓉辣酱(应该用郫县豆瓣的,可惜家里没找到,就改一下啦): 10克, 生抽: 15克, 干辣椒少许:
步骤
1凉粉切成5mm的小块儿

2准备辅料

3锅加热,油八成热,下干辣椒

4再放入葱姜爆香、然后再放蒜蓉爆香、最后放入辣酱(郫县豆瓣最好)爆炒

5倒入凉粉,淋上生抽开始翻炒

6关小火继续翻炒~~~

7一边炒,一边把凉粉尽量捣碎,这样更入味儿,看着差不多成最后成品那个样子,就可以加少许鸡精出锅啦!(切记生抽的咸味儿已经够了,不要再放盐了!!!)
