原料
低筋面粉 400g+100g揉面备用, 奶或水 200~220g, 黄糖或白糖 30~60g, 酵母(燕山) 6g, 杆面棍 1根
步骤
1酵母加奶里搅拌均匀,放旁边几分钟

11面团由上向下折叠,揉压!转90度,重复由上向下压,同样步骤揉到面团光滑,大概10分钟左右!
