2篩入中筋麵粉和奶粉

5戴手套先把餅皮擀成圓片,包上紅豆餡,兩手配合慢慢上推,收口揉圓

6放入熟糯米粉中滾一圈再放進月餅模具

7向下按壓,提起模具,月餅坯就做好了

8全部做好後,用噴壺稍微噴上些水,防止烤至過程中開裂

9烤箱提前預熱200度15分鐘。做好的月餅坯放入烤箱,上下火200度烘烤5分鐘
