11烤盤裡均勻刷滿黃油

12取出麵糰揉一下排氣後用擀麵杖擀開,成圓形的餅皮,(不要用力壓餅身,保持它的蓬鬆度)麵皮覆蓋保鮮膜鬆弛10分鐘。

13把麵糰放到烤盤整理邊角,
