小技巧
分離蛋清時注意儘量用陶瓷的勺子,因為蛋黃真的好脆弱啊…… 保鮮膜上戳小孔好神奇~ 如果蒸完發現還沒有凝固好就回鍋再蒸一下~ 按我做的這一份分量只夠一個人吃,兩個女生不能更多了,啦啦啦~ 如果要用紅豆的話記得加冰糖~煮的時候看著火!千萬不要像我一樣把水煮干紅豆糊了哭?
