步驟
1雞蛋磕入碗中,調鹽和胡椒粉適量,攪散;

2番茄洗凈,切成小塊;

4熱油倒入蛋液煎至兩面金黃後推到一邊,將番茄塊倒入底油翻炒,並用鏟子把番茄塊儘量壓軟;

5番茄炒軟出沙時,用鏟子把雞蛋劃成小塊和番茄翻炒均勻,調入適量食鹽和白糖,剷出備用;

6生抽+鹽+蒜碎+芝麻油+蔥花,喜歡酸的加點醋,喜歡吃麻辣的加點辣椒紅油和花椒粉,兌入麵湯調成碗汁;
