原料
低筋麵粉: 80g, 純牛奶: 180ml, 白砂糖: 30g, 雞蛋: 三個, 黃油: 10g, 芒果: 一個, 奶油: 300g, 糖(加入奶油打發): 30g
步驟
1雞蛋加入細砂糖攪拌均勻,依次加入麵粉、牛奶攪拌均勻,融化黃油,加入粉漿中攪拌均勻

2過篩、直至粉漿順滑無顆粒

3在平底鍋上掃上適量黃油,平底鍋要離開明火,倒上適量粉漿,盪勻平底鍋才放煤氣爐,煤氣爐的火調到最小,注意皮面的顏色變化,由粉黃轉為黃色,並且有泡泡冒起,即可離鍋
