1室溫軟化黃油後加入白糖、糖粉混合均勻

4加入過篩好低筋麵粉、吉士粉,用刮刀翻拌,使麵粉和黃油混合

7用空心圓模壓印出圓形,然後再用小一號空心圓模在圓形裡面印個圈放在已經墊好油紙的烤盤上

8用竹籤或筷子扎出4個孔
