1豬肝買回來洗乾淨、去筋膜、切片泡在水裡

2隔半小時再換一次水

3然後加檸檬片、生薑片、再泡..去血水去腥氣

4豬肝➕蔥姜蒜、料酒生抽、花椒大料煮熟、撈出晾乾

5切小丁、放入平底鍋開始小火炒干

7放料理機里打成粉

8如圖..還有濕氣..倒出、放平底鍋繼續翻炒

9還有大顆粒、再放進料理機打細膩
